YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use the Fourthandgrand.com site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use Fourthandgrand.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Fourth and Grand reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
MONTHLY SELECTIONS
As a Fourth and Grand member, you will have access to our collection of clothing monthly.
How much do the clothes cost?
We charge standard retail prices for the clothing you keep. We pride ourselves on offering clothing you'll love. As a benchmark, most of our and dress shirts, ties and polos range from $40-$200.
BILLING, PAYMENT, & CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
When you place your first order, we will save your credit card information for use on all future purchases. Any automatic billing and/or charges, as per the membership rules described upon sign-up, will be automatically applied to your saved credit card unless you notify us in advance by emailing memberservices@fourthandgrand.com. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express as forms of payment. If your payment method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your credit card information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your account should you wish to discontinue your membership with us.
USE OF CREDITS AS PAYMENT
Fourth and Grand members may be eligible to accrue credits through various means including but not limited to: referring friends, social media sharing, and making purchases or becoming a member. Other methods for acquiring credits are in the works, we are constantly looking to create new ways to engage our members. Credits are valid for 12 MONTHS from the date of issue.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re not completely satisfied with the fit, look, or feel of any or all items included in your Fourth and Grand case, you can return it and will not be charged for the item(s). Return shipping is on us, and you can print a prepaid shipping label through your account page in the Returns section.
All items returned must be in unworn condition, with no stains, tears or visible signs of use or wear and all price tags and marketing/branding tags must remain on each item. Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the item, as denoted by www.canadapost.ca or www.fedex.com through tracking number information.
INTERNATIONAL SITE ACCESS
This site, www.Fourthandgrand.com, can be accessed from countries other than the United States. However purchases can only be made within the United States at this time.
REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing intellectualof property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Fourth and Grand are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
ILLEGAL USAGE PROHIBITED
You shall not use Fourth and Grand’s Website or materials to post, transmit, upload, distribute or publish any content that is libelous, seditious, defamatory, blasphemous, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortuous, obscene, pornographic, abusive, infringing or otherwise illegal, as determined in the sole discretion of Fourth and Grand. You agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, federal and international laws, regulations and treaties while using this site. In addition, while using the website in accordance with these terms as modified from time to time, you agree to comply with generally accepted internet standards and shall refrain from any abusive use of this site.
